We don’t think it’s enough that your home or business gets the inspiring space it deserves.
You should also enjoy the process. Drawing on a wide range of experience
and expertise, our team will ensure you do exactly that.
One of our Founding Directors, John leads projects and handles client relationships as well as running the firm. An RIBA-qualified Architect, he shapes every aspect of projects: administering contracts, devising concepts and completing detail design.
A keen amateur guitarist – with the emphasis on amateur – he spends much of his spare time catching up with new music and seeing live bands.
Our other Founding Director, Ian is also an RIBA-qualified Architect. As well as managing the firm with John and Gaynor, he heads up projects, handles client relationships and takes a lead on everything, from conceiving and executing designs to drafting contracts.
An enthusiastic golfer and skier, he’s on a mission to stay fit for what he’s promised will be a last season of football.
An Associate Member of the Chartered Society of Designers with a degree in Interior Architecture, Gaynor combines creative design expertise with exceptional organisational skills. As a Director of the firm, she runs projects, handles client responsibilities and leads on concept and detailed design.
Not one for a quiet life, she divides her free time between pilates, yoga and running and can’t resist a good novel (provided it’s printed).
Drawing on project management and architectural design expertise, Lee helps drive projects from inception through to completion. In the 18 years he’s been here, he’s developed an in-depth knowledge of 2D and 3D drawing packages. All of which he supports with a degree in Architectural Design Technology.
He loves physical challenges, which means his weekends are far from relaxing. As well as being kept on his toes by his young son he’s often out on the field as part of his local rugby team.
Jessica makes sure that we strike the fine balance between inspiration and practicality in all our designs. She draws on a professional qualification in interior design, plus commercial design experience that spans concept, 3D visualisation, detailing and FF&E.
Pilates, yoga and travel are passions away from the office, with the coast and lakes being a particular draw. But perhaps her biggest pleasure is discovering the world through her kids’ eyes.
With over 10 years’ experience in the firm, Natalie makes sure our 3D visualisations and graphics are as accurate as they are inspiring. She has an HNC in 3D Design and is passionate about capturing the detail as well as the vision of clients’ designs.
Weekends are spent building ever larger hot wheels tracks with her son, pampering her cats, making lists and contemplating exercise.
Paul makes sure all our buildings and interiors are built on the firmest technical foundations. With more than 2 years’ experience in the firm, he completes site surveys, develops production information and creates detailed drawings.
Outside the office, he’s happiest gardening, dog-walking and exploring country lanes on his bike.
Joining the Mansfield Monk team in 2019 Paul brings a wealth of technical expertise with nearly twenty years of experience. With a friendly manner and straight forward approach Paul provides an essential bridge between clients, contractors and consultants enabling projects to progress on track and with clarity.
Chasing after his young son is his favourite hobby but as a keen sports fan he also likes to keep up with football and cricket, occasionally working on his substantial golf handicap.
Highly organised with a proficient approach to problem solving Vicki makes sure that the office runs like clockwork. The friendly voice at the end of the MMHQ phone, her background in interior design and account management mean she is on hand to assist the designers whilst making sure that our admin systems run smoothly for our clients.
Happiest in paint covered jeans working on another interiors project, Vicki also enjoys eating great food with her family.
