This stunning 4 bedroom villa is situated on the exclusive Royal WestMoreland golf estate, Barbados. Our client, an existing residential developer, commissioned us for the full interior design concept of their new build home on the beautiful island.
They wanted to differentiate from the interior design format of other local villas by moving away from the traditional dark timbers and heavy, dated furniture and nautical theming. In response we created a light, fresh scheme using a natural base palette of light woods and colours enhanced by hand woven elements and feature colours from the surrounding nature. Furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories and accents such as cushions and throws were all specified room by room, purchased in the UK and shipped to site.
The result is a modern, eclectic interior with bohemian California vibes, combined with a coastal feel.
