We’d like you to get to know us a bit better so welcome to the news,
reviews and insights from the Mansfield Monk team.
After the whirlwind of Clerkenwell Design Week we asked Director Gaynor Taylor for her product highlights:
Shaw Contracts (Image above)
Shaw’s new PVC free flooring ‘Art + Science’ certainly packed a punch with a new bold large scale terrazzo designs in several colour combinations from subtle to playful. Who said sustainable had to be boring!
Arte
New collections from Arte, showcased at ‘Detail’ included ‘Luster’ a striking collection available as a relief tile with a gorgeous print of Capiz shells adding further depth and dimension. With four designs in neutral and bolder colours this statement wallcovering will certainly lift any interior scheme.
Vincent Sheppard
Sessions House provided a stunning backdrop to Vincent Sheppard’s collection of indoor and outdoor furniture including the timeless Norma lounge chair a beautiful combination of timber and rope which would not look out of place in any residential or commercial setting.
Moroso
Moroso were showcasing their new ‘Clay’ armchair by Zanellato / Bortotto – a fusion of contemporary design and artisanal craftsmanship with a hand crafted ceramic panel as a backrest. We couldn’t resist the beautiful pastel colour combinations which are definitely ‘on trend’ and featured in numerous showrooms and stands throughout the show. Their Lakelet coffee table, inspired by the ever changing beauty of Nordic nature evoked a feeling of water surfaces with fluid forms and a reflective quality. We left feeling calm and connected to nature.
