Work has recently completed on a rear extension and internal reconfigurations to a Victorian mid-terraced house in Ingatestone. Mansfield Monk were able to assist the homeowner with a survey and prepare proposed architectural drawings in order to obtain planning permission from Brentwood Borough Council.

The result is a much-improved ground floor living space with new rear extension. The rear extension vaulted ceilings provide a light and airy kitchen/ dining area opening onto the newly landscaped garden. The staircase was reconfigured to provide a ground floor WC and improve the bedroom/ bathroom layout.
