Nestled in an exclusive mews just behind the High Street in Ingatestone, this beautifully designed two-bedroom detached coach house combines contemporary living with high-quality finishes. Replacing a derelict shed and dilapidated garages, the property features private parking, vaulted ceilings, and French doors leading to both a private garden and a kitchen courtyard. As architects for the project, we worked closely with the local planning authority to develop a scheme that is sensitive to its surroundings and neighbouring listed buildings.
